About Elena Bobyreva

My Story

I started my HR career at the University of British Columbia (UBC) in beautiful Vancouver, Canada as HR Manager in the Faculty of Medicine. 


Since then I worked at top employer organizations including KPMG and Loblaw, that are widely known for their top HR practices. Leading my HR team, we've earned recognition for innovative people programs focused on fostering an inclusive and empowering workplace culture. 

My education qualifications include MBA from UBC, certification as an HR professional, and accreditation in personal coaching.

My deep understanding of workplace behaviors, from hiring to offboarding, gives me practical insights and strategies to empower my coaching clients.
